Mr. Zhang Wenguang,Executive Director and co-CEO of Silver Grant International, and currently chairman of Taizhou Dongtai Petrochemical Co., LTD., is in charge of the petrochemical business of the Group. With a master's degree, he has successively worked in Beijing Office of Meizhou Municipal Government, Meizhou Economic and Trade Bureau, Meizhou Enterprise Credit Guarantee and Investment Company, Meizhou County People's Government, Meizhou County Party Committee, Meizhou Municipal Party Committee and United Front Work Department.

He graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree of Laws. He used to work in the Supervisory Committee and the General Office of the Government of Guangdong Province, attending to tasks in respect of anti-corruption, laws, policies and comprehensive administration. After resigning from public office, he joined Zhuguang Holdings Group Company Limited (01176.HK), where he served as the General Manager of the President Office (HR Center) of the Group, General Manager of the Legal Affairs Center, Member of the Decision-Making Committee, General Manager of the Investment Center and Board Chairman of real estate business. He concurrently serves as the Fellow of the Youth Federation of Guangdong Province, Director of the Law Society of Guangdong Province, Deputy Director of the Law Committee of Guangdong Old Town Old Factory Old Village Recreation Association and Research Supervisor for postgraduates of Jinan University.

He served as the CFO and the company secretary of Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited (Stock code: 0231) and Zhuguang Holdings Group Company Limited (stock code: 1176). He was also the CFO of a real estate company and a company whose subsidiary was engaged in the media business in the PRC; worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 10 years. Mr. Ng holds a Master’s Degree of Commerce from Macquarie University in Australia and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia.
